Natel announces Second Major Acquisition of 2005
Thin Film Concepts
In order to further strengthen it’s broad offering of Substrate / Hybrid / MCM / RF / Microwave manufacturing products and services, Natel today announced the acquisition of Thin Film Concepts. “This recent acquisition fills the only remaining gap in our extensive line of electronic assembly products and services. With our new ability to provide Thin Film products, we can offer our customers everything from LTCC substrates to complete box builds,…and everything in between,” said Natel Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Natel’s rapid growth has been based on internal organic growth, as well as an aggressive acquisition strategy. Earlier this year, Natel acquired Hytek Microsystems, a Class H & K DSCC Certified Hybrid Manufacturer. Other recent Natel acquisitions have also included Scrantom Inc, a major LTCC / AlN substrate and module manufacturer. Natel will continue to operate Thin Film Concepts out of its current location in Elmsford, NY and will retain its experienced technical team and engineering expertise in order to better serve the needs of Aerospace / Defense / Medical and RF / Microwave industries.
