NATEL Wins National Customer Service Award For Sixth Consecutive Year
CHATSWORTH, CA – March 25, 2014 – NATEL EMS continues to lead nationally in customer service by winning a sixth straight Service Excellence Award from Circuits Assembly magazine.
In 2013, EPIC Technologies, won all five service category awards for EMS companies with revenues between $101 million to $500 million. Over the prior four years, the company also won either the overall service excellence award or swept all five service categories. Since 2013, EPIC Technologies has been a NATEL EMS company.

Circuits Assembly’s Service Excellence Awards are given to EMS companies in categories based on revenues and these specific measures: responsiveness, dependability/timely delivery, manufacturing quality, technology and value.
