The facility’s product selection includes a variety of specialized microelectronics assemblies such as Thermoelectric Cooler Controllers, Laser Diode Drivers, Microheaters and Contract Assemblies.

The selection consists of three Thermoelectric Cooler Controllers and an Evaluation Board; two Low Power CW Laser Diode Drivers; two Higher Power CW Laser Diode Drivers; two Pulsed Laser Diode Drivers; two Proportionally Controlled Microheaters; and a range of Photonic Contract Assemblies including Bare Die Assemblies, Chip and Wire, and Flipchip with either Eutectic or Epoxy Die Attachment, as well as Fiber Alignment Equipment and the option of Custom Miniaturization. The Nevada facility, formerly Hytek Microsystems, Inc., was acquired by NATEL on May 25, 2005 and has served the aerospace, defense, Hi-Rel and medical markets since 1974. It holds MIL-PRF 38534 (DSCC) and AS9100 Class H and K certifications and offers strong engineering expertise and management capabilities that combine to provide customers with innovative solutions and outstanding customer service. The facility prides itself on product quality and on-time delivery, and was one of 441 suppliers to receive a 2012 Boeing Performance Excellence Award for its consistently superior performance over a 12-month period.
