One of the tenets of the NEO Tech way is “Respect for Others”

From our humble beginnings, NEO Tech leadership has expressed gratitude and kindness to employees at all levels but especially at the junior and hourly levels. We think we are doing some things correctly as our turnover rates are well below industry averages. Here is a list of some of our efforts:

Many of our employees share our founder’s vision for giving back:

  • Fundraising occurs frequently for a variety of social welfare emergencies such as natural disasters
  • 15,000 square feet of our Chatsworth building was freed up and given rent-free to the Jennifer Diamond Foundation to care for those fighting cancer
  • Partnership with the American Red Cross on survival kits and blood drives
  • Employees routinely “tip for charity” at company coffee machines, donating thousands to worthy causes
